Janet was so loved by all of our family. We loved spending time with Janet learning how to knit, learning about flowers, an occasional trip to Custard Cup, or just great conversations. Our holidays were complete with Janet present. She was especially special to my mom, Judy Preston Abbott. We will miss her wonderful laugh.

Dear Jodi, I just learned that Janet passed while doing research on the family. I was so sorry to hear this. We would correspond frequently through the years and then I didn't hear from her. My mother too has dementia at this time, and it is a challenge to watch her progress. My heart felt sympathies to you. I too am an RN, we used to talk about the differences in today's nursing field. May the Lord comfort you in your loss. Many blessings to you. Love, Cindy (Uncle Mac Spangler's grand-daughter) from Omaha, now Riverside, CA....
