Howard was a long time friend of our community. Spending a lot of time at the Snack Bar in Perrysville back in the day when I was the owner. I so enjoyed his sense of humor and considered him one of the white hat guys as He was always interested in helping someone out. So sorry to hear of his passing, and keep the family in my prayers for comfort and peace.
