David A. Brow n, 62, of Danville passed away Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 19, 2019) at his residence with his family by his side.

He was born on January 3, 1957, in Danville, the son of Gerald Brown and Charlotte (High) Brown.

David had two children Jason Brown, Dustin (Sarah) Brown and one Grandson Brently Brown all of whom survive.

His siblings include Brothers, John (Betty) Brown, Ed (Deborah) Brown, Sisters Debra Brown, Mary Wheeler and Virginia Holt all of whom survive.  Also surviving are brother-in-law Randy Wheeler and sister-in-law Julie Brown. His parents, his brother Bob Brown, and sister Charlotte Wheeler preceded him in death.

He worked for many years as Lead Maintenance man for Community Alternative of Illinois.

He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, going out for breakfast with his close friends, and watching his grandson play baseball. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family and will be missed by many who loved him.

A Celebration of David Browns life will be held from 1-4 pm on Sunday, March 3rd at the Knights of Columbus hall, located at 310 Bryan Ave. in Danville.

To the whole Brown family. We are so sorry to hear of the death of David. He was a good man. May God Bless his soul and the Brown family. I grew up and went to school with most of you and feel like I also lost a family member. Please accept our condolences and prayers.
