Aletha M. "Peewee" (Woodall) Ritter

Aletha May “Peewee” Ritter, 69, of Westville, passed away at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at home. She was born October 9, 1947 in Danville a daughter of James Kidd and Ruby Evelyn (Duff) Woodall. She married Raymond Royce Ritter July 31, 1966 in Danville. He preceded her in death April 2, 2011. She is survived by two sons, Timothy J. (Gale Bryant) Ritter of Veedersburg, IN and Mark A. (Zandra Katauskas) Ritter of Washington, IL, nine grandchildren, Kaytlin Ritter, Ashley Garrett, Kayla and Adam Bryant, Dillon (MiRada) Ritter, Erin and Jodi Ritter, Hailey and Zachary Tranchetella and six great-grandchildren and a half-brother, Rick Jackson of Sheffield, Alabama. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Judith Lewis.

She was a member of The Rock Church and enjoyed sewing.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday February 11, 2017 at The Rock Church with Pastor Randy Downing officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at The Rock Church. Memorials may be made to The Rock Church. Rortvedt Funeral Services in Tilton is assisting the family.
