Barb was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Velva Neff; brothers, Melvin Neff and William Neff; and sisters, Betty Lee, and Diane Douglas.

She is survived by her loving husband, Charles DeLattre of Danville; son, Chuck (Krista) DeLattre of Darlington, IN; daughter, Angela (Kurt) Hammond of Augusta, SC; grandchildren, Annelise Hammond of Crawfordsville, IN, Madalyn DeLattre of Lakeland, FL, Caden Hammond of Tacoma, WA, and Mishaela Hammond of Henderson NV; great-grandchildren, Olivia Hunt and Killian Kilgore of Crawfordsville, IN; brothers, Larry (Becky) Neff of Veedersburg, IN and Robert (Betty) Neff of Danville, IL; and lifetime best friend, Betty Jean Leibach of Danville, IL.  Her friendship was greatly valued.
