Beth Anderson Obituary

Beth Louise Barker Anderson passed away at 2:00pm (Indiana time) Saturday, May 31, 2025 at St. Vincent hospital in Williamsport Indiana.

She was born on August 21st, 1956, to Morris Eugene and Olive Barker, both preceded her in death. She had two brothers, Morris Eugene Barker, Jr., and Sidney Barker. She had one sister, Pamela Bales, who also preceded her in death.

Beth has two children, Jamie (Joe) Cox of Tilton, and Wyatt Cripe, also of Tilton. She also had a longtime companion whom she shared the last 30 years with, David Cripe, also of Tilton. Beth also has three grandchildren, Tyler (Amber) Cox, Trever Cox, and HalieJo Cox, as well as two great-grandchildren, Joseph Cox, and Leilani Cox. Also, not to forget her two fur babies, Daisy and Lily, who she loved very much, and will miss her dearly. Beth was very loving, caring, energetic, and at times, she was very loud and outspoken, but that was Beth. She was the life of the party, and anyone who knew her loved her. She enjoyed walks on trails, she loved nature, road trips, and was a big history buff. Anything about the past was her thing, but she mostly loved studying about the wild west.

She worked as a bartender, night auditor, and various other jobs. Her last job was at Danville District #118 for about the last 18 years before retiring.

She will be missed greatly by all that knew her, especially her family.

A private graveside funeral will be held for her family only at this time. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. Please, in lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to Educational Personal Federal Credit Union in memory of Beth Anderson, in care of Wyatt Cripe.
