Bob Mansfield

Bob Mansfield, 88, of Danville, passed away on January 24, 2025, at Accolade Healthcare of Danville.  Bob was born in Danville on January 04, 1937, to Jessie Edna Lanham and Cloyd William Mansfield.  He was educated at Danville Schools.

Bob joined the Marine Corps in 1954.  He is survived by one son, Bill Mansfield, two step-sons Kyle Mayer and David Mansfield.  He enjoyed teaching his sons how to fish.  Other hobbies included golfing and he volunteered to help with hockey teams in the Danville area.  Bob was a career salesman and spent time living out in California.

Per his wishes, cremation rites are to be accorded and there will be a memorial service at a later date in Sullivan, Illinois.
