Carl Gene Kammin, 73, of Danville, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center. He was born December 2, 1943 in Danville the son of Charles and Mary (Hart) Kammin. He married Ruby “Sue” DeMoss Waddell February 6, 1960. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Carl is survived by a son, Charlie Kammin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two daughters; Janice (Steve) Parsons of Cottageville, South Carolina and Sally (Eric) Middleton of Williamsport Indiana; two sisters, several nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three close friends.
Memorial services will be at noon Monday, January 23, 2017 at Farmers Chapel United Methodist Church with Pastor Jan Reeder officiating. Burial will follow at Mann’s Chapel Cemetery south of Rossville. Memorial Gathering will be from 11:00 to noon Monday at the church. Online condolences: www.rortvedtfuneral services.com.
