Carol Marie (Pastorius) Pate

Carol Pate passed away peacefully at the age of 76 at Accolade of Danville, reuniting with her husband Jerry Pate, Sr. on October 28th, 2022. 

Carol was a wonderful woman who spent her life raising her four boys Jerry Pate Jr (Betty Pate), Dennis Pate, Jeffrey Pate, Daniel Pate, and her daughter Rickie Owen (Brandon Owen). 

Carol was born February 23rd, 1946, in Whitewater Wisconsin and lived there until her marriage in August 1963. Soon after she and her husband Jerry, Sr. moved to Danville Illinois where they built their family. Carol enjoyed many things throughout her life including country music, playing bingo, and often enjoyed playing games on Facebook with her friends. 

Carol is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a beautiful woman with a fiery personality, she was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
