Chyenne Nicole (Serepin) Norsic

Chyenne Nicole Serepin Norsic, 26, of Shelbyville, IL, went to be with our Lord at 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2023 in Shelbyville. She is survived by her husband, Steven Norsic, a son, Cole Barber, a daughter, Aubrey Norsic, a stepdaughter, Alexis Norsic, a stepson, Ethan Norsic, her mother, Barbette “Jere” Serepin, Step-father, Richard Carter, her father, Aden L. Serepin, Jr., three brothers, Christian D “Norfleet” McIntosh (Brook), Austin B.M. Serepin Michael “Mickey” Lee Serepin (Lily), three step-brothers, Seth Carter, Dakota Carter and Dylan Carter, three step-sisters, Brittney McIntosh, Summer Mathison and Sara Snow, her grandfather, Rev. Robert Norfleet, four nieces, Rosalee Serepin, Luna and Jenna “McIntosh” and Willow Mathison, one nephew, Emmett Carter, three aunts, two uncles and several beloved cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by three grandmothers, Penny E. Serepin, Norma “June” Norfleet and Barbara J. Norfleet and one grandfather, Aden L. Serepin, Sr.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Shelbyville First Church of the Nazarene, 701 W. North 3rd Street Shelbyville, IL 62565 with a dinner following the service. Visitation will be from Noon to 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the church.
