David E. Singleton

David E. Singleton, Sr. 73, of Kokomo, Indiana, formerly of Veedersburg, Indiana, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at Golden Living Center-Sycamore Village in Kokomo. 

He was born July 5, 1948, in Laporte, Indiana. The son of Virgil Edward Singleton and  Violet May (Chapman) Peet.

David graduated from Largo High School in 1967.  He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and retired as the Environmental Health Specialist in 2011.

Surviving is his Daughter, Dena Veno Garber and her husband, Todd; daughters Amara and Aylah, of Carmel, Indiana; son, David E. Singleton, Jr, and his girlfriend Candace Defries, of Veedersburg, Indiana; sister, Connie Hurst and her husband James, niece Christina Foster and her husband Steve, grandniece Taylor Foster.

The immediate family has held a private Celebration of Life.

Arrangements are pending at Rortvedt Funeral Services in Tilton.
