TILTON - Gary K. "Fuzz" Tyler, 82, of Tilton, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 after an extended illness with family by his side .
Gary was born to Earl and Vera Bender Tyler August 21,1941. Gary attended Danville High School with the class of 1959. He married Joyce July 18, 1986.
He worked as Millwright at General Motors Central Foundry from April, 1964 to January, 1992, retiring after 28 years.
Gary's parents, step parents, and Son William Keith Tyler and 2 special dogs preceded him in death.
Gary leaves behind his loving wife of 37 years, Joyce, daughter, Christina (Steve) Wilson, Grandsons, Dain (Michelle Doggett) Wilson and Keithan Sheedy, Granddaughter Jalene Tyler, Great Grandson, Lucas Wilson, Great Granddaughters, Isabelle Wilson and Abigail Terry, Brother-in-law, Steve (Ann) Fox, nephews and nieces, and 5 step siblings.
He was an animal lover, avid Cubs and ILLINI fan and very disappointed when the games were not televised in our area.
