Helen Marie (Underwood) Estep

Helen Estep, 91, of Danville, formerly of Fairmount, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Arcadia Care in Danville. She was born in Fairmount, Illinois, the daughter of
Henry Alva and Elizabeth Coleman Underwood. She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Amos, Edna Margaret, George Loren, Nora Emma Isabelle, Willard Alva, and Joseph Laverne Ervin. She is survived by her brother Ralph Wayne and her 2 sons, Timothy James Estep of Beverly, MA and Daniel Lee Estep of Fairmount, IL. Helen worked as a telephone operator out of high school and retired from the Oakwood Truckstop. She loved The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune almost as much as she loved chocolate. She will be dearly missed.
