Henrietta M. Morris, 64, was born to George and Susie Bankhead on February 7, 1958. Henrietta grew up in Danville, Illinois. She attended Danville High School where she met her life long partner, Ronald Morris. They parented two children together, Natasha Offett and Ronald Morris. She worked real hard all her life. She worked at the VA Hospital and Lakeview Hospital for over twenty years. Henrietta was a great grandmother to her grandchildren and loved them deeply. She enjoyed cooking and was a very giving and understanding person. She was a person that gave good advice and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Henrietta passed away on February 6, 2022 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Morris, Sister and brother, Pearl Bates and Jewell Irene Bankhead, daughter, Natasha (Daniel) Offett,Grandchildren, Danesha Parker, Tre'viante Parker, Tasjon Mason, Najaya Mason, AAlyssa Mason, Son, Ronald N. (Cathy) Morris, grandchildren, Shania Smith, Kyileaha Fitzsimmons, Nyiana Morris, Ronaiya Morris, Adonya Morris, special friend, Laronda Suggs and a host of nephews and nieces. She is preceded by three sisters, Willa Sheperd, Elizabeth Moore and Dorothy Reed and four brothers, John Bankhead, George Bankhead, Cleavon Bankhead and Thomas Bankhead Humbert.She was big on family and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2022 at Freedom Missionary Baptist Church 811 Martin Street, Danville, IL 61832 with Ministers Alicia D.
