Imogene (Reffett) Deichmiller, 96, of South Charleston, WV., departed this life Sunday, June 29, 2025 at HospiceCare at CAMC Memorial.
She was born March 21, 1929 in Danville, IL. A daughter of the late, William Franklin Reffett and Ella (Mack) Reffett. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dyke Deichmiller and daughter, Ronda Baldwin.
Imogene was a member of the Fifth Avenue Church of God, South Charleston. She worked for the GoMart Ball Park for almost 20 years and was known as the “Dippin Dots Lady.” She had the heart of a servant and was devoted to God and the local church. She will be missed dearly by all of her family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory include her granddaughter, Ratchel D. Baldwin; niece, Cheryl Luanne Freed; nephew, Randy Martin; cat, Oreo whom she loved dearly as well as a host of church family and friends.
There will be no services held. She will be laid to rest in a private service in Springhill Cemetery Mausoleum, Danville, IL.
