Jacqueline "Jackie" Iola Allen, 74, of Danville, Illinois, passed away with her family by her side on January 12th at 10:27 am.
Jackie was born on July 11th, 1950, the daughter of Herman "Jack" Waddell and Bernice "Frances" (Demoss) Waddell.
Survivors include Danny Allen Jr. Tracy Farthing, Nicole (Joshua) Stevens,
a sister, Margie Pate, a brother, Tom Waddell and several nieces and nephews.
Jackie had 14 Grandkids: Kami, Cierra, Dylan, Sydney, Caleb, Mara, Shelby, Andrew, Josie, Jeannette, Danny, Ryan, Cera and Hali.
Jackie had 10 Great-Grandkids: Hudson, Haizley, Travis, Brantley, Jayden,
Avery, Niko, Oakleigh, River, and Wrenleigh.
Jackie received her GED from DACC in 1988. She then went on to get her degree in accounting. She worked for Telextra for several years, retiring in the 90's. She then worked for the VFW Post 728 in 1996 Bartending and waitressing. She then became bar manager and became the president of the Ladies Auxiliary for several years.
Jackie was an avid pool player dating back to the 80's. When she started the 1st Women's league in Danville, Illinois along with others helping. Jackie received many awards and trophies throughout the years of playing, making multiple trips to Las Vegas to play in the World Championship.
There will be No Funeral Services per her wishes. The Family is asking everyone to join them on February 1st @ 2pm at Kal's Roadhouse 2526 Georgetown Road to gather in memory of her as she would want everyone to enjoy some games of playing pool and sharing memories about her.
