James Brian Ritter

James “Critter” Ritter passed away at home May 21, 2018 after a lengthy illness.

He was born June 19, 1959 to Jim and Wilma Ritter in Williamsport, IN.

He is survived by his wife, Maggie, mother, Wilma Gholson of Hoopeston, brother Jeff (Kendra) Ritter of Iroquois, sister Kathy Ridl of NC, stepsons Jacob and Matt Hall  many special aunts and uncles and his little dog Delores.

He enjoyed camping, fishing and many sports but most of all he enjoyed partying with his many friends.  He will be missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, paternal and maternal grandparents.

Memorial service will be at V3 Church in Danville at noon Saturday, May 26. Visitation will be from 11-12 pm. Memorials may be made to C.A.R.A animal rescue of Tilton, Il.
