John E Manning

John Earl Manning, 62, passed away November 28, 2023. He was born July 17, 1961 in Danville, IL to Alvis Manning and Billie Sparrow. John loved his family and friends deeply. He loved to garage sale, play poker and other card games, listen to music and go to concerts. The Bears and Cubs games were also a highlight of his favorite pastimes and hobbies. He worked at Quaker Oats for several years.

John is survived by his children Kristen (Patrick) Lovett of Clovis, CA, John (Paola) Manning of Veedersburg, IN, Kimberly Manning of Crawfordsville, IN and Aaron Manning also of Crawfordsville, IN. Also left to mourn his passing are his grandchildren Austin, Brady, Harper, Aiden and Julius. Also surviving are his siblings James (Debbie) Manning, Joel Manning, Jeffrey Manning, Jennifer (Lee) Abner along with the mother of his children Pamela Campbell as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

John was a loving and giving man who would go above and beyond for anyone who needs help. He will be missed dearly.

Memorial services will be held on December 03, 2023, at the Tilton Community Center, 612 West 5th Street, Tilton, IL from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Rortvedt Funeral Services and Crematory in Tilton is assisting the family. Online Condolences: www.rortvedtfuneralservices.com
