Judith M (Towell) Knoepfel

Judith “Judy” Marie Knoepfel, 75, of Georgetown, IL passed away Friday, February 15 2019 at her residence with her family at her side. She was born November 23, 1943 in Charleston, IL and attended Brocton, IL schools.

Judy married Larry E. Knoepfel on May 8, 1966. They spent 53 years together. She retired from Jewel Grocery after 22 years.

Judy is survived by her husband Larry of Georgetown, her son; Darin Knoepfel, her daughter; Lori Knoepfel Noggle, grandsons; Craig (Leslie) Knoepfel and Zachary Noggle, granddaughters; Stephanie Knoepfel, Alexis Noggle and Emily Noggle, great grandchildren; Arianna Spence and Preslie Knoepfel, sisters; Rita (Pete) Wynn and Kay Campbell, brothers; Bob Towell, Bill (Linda) Towell and Roger (Mary) Towell.

She is preceded in death by her parents Dennis and Marcella Towell, sisters; Betty Chesrown and Peggy Stamper, and brother; James Towell.

Cremation rites will be accorded by Rortvedt Funeral Services & Crematory. Per her wishes, there will be no services.
