Justin Brockman Obituary

On Sunday June 23, 2019 Justin Allen Brockman 30, of Danville left this world to be in the arms of Jesus.  Justin was born in Urbana at Burnham Hospital, Sept. 11, 1988 to William Brockman of Indiana and Karyn Williford of Danville.

Justin attended Tolono grade school, Armstrong High School and received two certificates from SIU in Carbondale.  Justin did factory work in Leroy, and was also employed by Monicals Pizza, sold windows and siding, and also worked for J&R Construction for a number of years.

Justin enjoyed writing musical lyrics, drawing, riding dirt bikes, and loved working with electronics and his dream was to be an electrician. He had a way of connecting with people. Justin was kind, compassionate, had a big heart, always sensitive and wanting to give. He loved church camp. As a teenager he excelled in wilderness camp where he had to survive by himself and suppress his fears.

Justin is survived by his significant other Shawnee Stine of Danville. They have a son Brayden Allen born in 2018.  Justin also has a daughter Taegan Elizabeth born 2012 with Alisha Carden of Leroy.

He is survived by his parents, sister Jenna Lynn Schoonover of Danville and grandparents Donna Brockman of Champaign, Rick and Sherry Breitenfeldt of Savoy, and John and Rose Williford of Collison. Justin had many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. May the peace of Christ rest upon Justin and his family, especially his children.            Through Justin’s struggles, he trusted God!

He was preceded in death by Kaylani Joiner a niece, a cousin Cody Breitenfeldt, an Aunt Danita Canull, and a grandfather Allen Brockman.
