Kenneth C. Stevens

Kenneth C. Stevens, 79, of Hawbuck, passed away January 30, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was born April 20, 1941 to the late Glen & Emma (McArdle) Stevens. He attended Willow Springs and Westville schools. He married Barbara J. Harris June 30, 1991 in Bismarck, she survives. He is also survived by three daughters; Penny Husher, Patricia Stevens and Kemberly Sego; stepsons, Van (Linda) Lewsader and Michael Lewsader; grandchildren Matthew & Colton Husher, Jamie York, Joshua Phillips, Laken Collins, step grandchildren, Andrew Lewsader, Jessica Clark, Stephanie Drombrowski, Ashley Lewsader, Amanda Lewsader and several great-grandchildren and step-greatgrandchildren; siblings; James (Louisa) Stevens, Richard (Linda) Stevens and Edith Goldbaugh. He was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Stevens and two sisters, Lucy Joseph and Laura May Stevens.

He enjoyed going out in the woods to watch the birds and deer, cutting firewood, mushroom hunting and studying God’s Word. He was affiliated with Shepherd’s Chapel in Arkansas. Graveside services will be Friday April 30, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Sandusky Cemetery with an alternate date of Friday, May 7, 2021 in the event of inclement weather.
