Larry Leroy Phelps

Larry Leroy Phelps, 82, of Fairmount, IL passed away at 6:15 pm, Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.  He was born September 16, 1940 to Millard Leroy and Vera V (Walker) Phelps in Danville, IL.  Larry was a maintenance worker at the VA hospital and was a veteran of the United States Army.  Larry is survived by his daughter Cheryl Ann Phelps of Danville and son Bradley Lee Phelps of Fairmount.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Danville National Cemetery at 11:00 am.  Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post 210.  Online condolences: www.rortvedtfuneralservices.com.
