Linda Lamb Obituary

Linda Jeannette Inman Lamb, 75, of Danville, formally of St. Peter’s, MO. Passed away Sunday (December 27, 2020) after a lengthy illness. She was born July 7, 1945, in Martinsville, Illinois, to Bernard and Rhea Inman. She married Dick Lamb on April 29, 1961 in Martinsville, he preceded her in death.  She attended Martinsville schools and was a homemaker until the time of her death. She enjoyed traveling and at one point was working on her private pilot’s license. While living in St. Peter’s, she attended the First Baptist Church of O’Fallon, MO.  Survivors include: her mother, Rhea Inman Blaker of Casey, IL, brothers, Leon (Linda) Inman and Kenny (Cathy) Inman of Martinsville, IL, daughters, Sandy (Carl) Becker, and Debbie (Jim) Owens both of Danville, IL.   Grandsons, Dustin (Rachael) Sinkes, Camron Owens and Connor Owens and great-grandchildren Jaden Sinkes, Kaylee Lamb and Step-granddaughter Khloe McDonald.   She was preceded in death by her father Bernard Inman, husband Dick Lamb, daughter Kristi Lamb, and grandson Brandon Lamb.

The family would like to thank the staff at Barnes Hospital, Carle Clinic/Hospital and LHC Home Healthcare. Your care provided much needed support throughout her care.  Due to COVID a celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Online condolences: www.rortvedtfuneralservices.com.
