Patricia Hardean (Clark) Pratt

Patricia Hardean Pratt of Tilton passed away at 5:10pm on Friday March 13, 2020. She was born on December 14, 1939 to Hardy and Creldia Clark of Georgetown. Pat was married twice in her life; the first time to Albert "LeRoy" Swider they had two sons, Kevin LeRoy and Danny Lee Swider. She was a hard-working single mother, working as a licensed practical nurse, a beautician, a CNA and a caregiver. She later married Jack Pratt father of Arnie and Karen Pratt. She enjoyed her family, live music, bonfires, and playing bunco. She belonged to the "Red Hatters” and enjoyed their sizzlers and other events. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Jack Pratt, her father Hardy Clark, her mother Creldia Clark, two sisters Joyce Clark and Becky Setser, and brother in law John Criswell. She is survived by her sister June Criswell, sons Kevin (Wendy) Swider, Danny (LaDonna "Sis") Swider, 6 grandchildren, Aren (Avion) Cash, Lacey Allman, William Swider, Clark Swider, Veronica Swider, Emily Cook, great grandchildren Ayden Nelson and Haylee Nelson, several nieces and nephews, and step son and daughter Arnie and Karen Pratt. A celebration of Pat's life will be held Saturday, March 21, 2020 at United Church of Tilton from 3:00 - 5:00pm.
