Richard Paul Hilbrich, 89, of Piper City, Illinois, passed away at 12:50 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2023 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He was born April 26, 1934 in Chicago to Victor F. and Margaret G. (Armstrong) Hilbrich. He is survived by a brother, Lawrence V. Hilbrich. According to his wishes, he will be cremated and services will be private.
