Rodney Joe Jenkins, 68, of Danville, passed away at 9:25 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020 at home. He was born August 28, 1951 in Danville the son of the late Oliver I. and Mary C. (Dalton) Jenkins. He is survived by a daughter, Tricia (Scott) Walosin of Noblesville, Indiana, a brother, Randy (Donna) Jenkins of Sikeston, Missouri, two sisters, Linda (Frank) Ross of Carson City, Nevada and Sandy (Heinz) Last of Danville, Illinois, a nephew, Todd Slayton, three nieces, Tami Gracey, Debi Gillum and Mindy Wallace, 2 grandsons, Grant and Mason Walosin, Lifelong best friend, Hal Moss, special friends, Brandi Moss and Katie and Gary Ritter. Rod is preceded in death by his sister, Patty Fraley, a nephew, Brad Ramos and a niece, Lisa Rayl.

According to his wishes, he was cremated and there will be no services.
