Ted N. Peevler, 66, of Danville passed on Wednesday (April 14, 2021) at home.
Ted was born April 30, 1954, at Danville, the son of Jesse and Beverly Peevler. He married Ellen Bryan who he loved endlessly, on August 17, 2001, in Danville IL..
Surviving are one daughter, Lacey, a stepdaughter Bri Bryan of Danville, a sister DiAnne Leigh, Tilton, nieces Kelly (Eric) Sherer, Keri Leigh, Kim (Matt) Morger and nephew Todd Leigh, a nephew's wife Angela Leigh as well as several great nieces and nephews. Also, a special friend James "Lizard" Bryan with whom he had a great relationship.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and beloved nephew Greg Leigh, a special Aunt Barbara Mauck and her twin daughters.
Ted graduated from Oakwood High School where he was involved in several sports with his love being basketball.
His special love for basketball made him a devoted Illini fan.
He loved his animals and had a special relationship with Picasso.
A special thanks to Cheryl Sullivan for the care given to Ted for many years. She always went above and beyond.
Also special thanks for the wonderful care by Dr. Bobat and his staff including Amanda Spezia and Hannah High, to Dr. Lamichhane at the INI in Peoria and Dr. Ciancio.
