Timothy Edward Bright, "Uncle Timba", "Papa", 70 passed from this life on January 29th, 2024 at his home. 

Tim was born August 17, 1953 in Danville, Illinois, the son of Patsy Louise and Charles William Bright. 

Tim is survived by his beloved son Timothy L. Bright (Leanne Bright), his granddaughter, his baby girl, Haileigh Bright, his daughter, Tammie New (Mark New), two loving sisters, Janet Daily and Susan Downing. Tim was so very loved by all of his family. 

Tim graduated from Westville High School in 1972. Tim spent many years as a machinist. He worked at Birkley Davis, FMC in Hoopeston, and Hyster before continuing his career at Time - O- Matic (watchfire signs) in Danville where he retired after many years of dedicated employment in 2017. 

Tim enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking out on the grill, especially with an ice-cold bud light in his hand. Tim was an avid knife collector and enthusiast and he loved to clean and detail his vehicles. What Tim loved the most was spending time with his baby girl Haileigh. She was his pride and joy. His eyes lit up when she was in the room. He loved to take her for rides on the lawn mower and cruise around in his truck jamming to classic rock, particularly his favorite 38 special. Tim was so very proud to be her papa. Haileigh will forever be Papa's girl.
