Wayne Morris Obituary

Wayne S. Morris, 74, of Danville, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was born January 7, 1950 in Danville, IL the son of Robert W. and Martha A. (Sullivan) Morris. He is survived by three children, Kimberly Anderson (Greg Baker), Heather (Jason) Smith and Daniel Morris, five grandchildren, Brylie (Ed) Wright, Kade Anderson, Gage Smith, Abigail Smith and James Morris and three great-grandchildren, Brynlie Todd, Aviana Shade and Nyla Shade and his former wife and friend, Ronna (Puzey/Morris). He was a proud Union sheet metal worker with Local 218 and retired from The University of Illinois Sheet Metal Shop.

According to his wishes, there will be no services. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences: www.rortvedtfuneralservices.com.
