Dorothy "Doris" Elizabeth (Livingston) Bloomfield, 62, went to be with the Lord on August 31, 2019.

Doris was born July 8, 1957, the daughter of James and Dorothy (Wells) Livingston. She married the love of her life Donald Bloomfield on July 2, 2002 at Ogden Church of the Nazarene. He survives.

Doris is survived by her daughter Audree (Don) Gould, five grandchildren; Christopher, Maribeth, Jackson (JD), Andrew, and Allison Gould; sisters Sue (Glenn) Maxwell of Oakwood, Gail (Charles) Parnell of Chunky, MS; brothers James (Donna) Livingston of Seminole, FL, Gary Livingston of Oakwood, as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents as well as sisters Ruth Ann Maxwell and Naomi Livingston.

Doris was a dedicated Christian wife, mother, and grandmother. Doris lived out her faith by serving others before herself. She loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed singing and reading to them at bedtime.  Doris was an active member of Alvin Church of God.

Visitation will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Cornerstone Christian Church, 1607 Greenwood Cemetery Rd, Danville, IL (directions). Immediately followed by a celebration of Dorothy's life. Rev Patti Wise will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Naomi’s name to Cornerstone Christian Church, Batestown United Methodist Church, or Alvin Church of God.
